About Jeorge
I am passionate about empowering others to open to an expanded sense of possibility within themselves and in the world they live in.
While studying fine arts in my early twenties, I developed a deep interest in how the creative process can serve as a pathway to self-awareness, healing, and transformation. Drawn to Jungian psychology, I began exploring the unconscious through art, dreams, and psychodrama.
This creative and transpersonal approach has also supported me through my own physical and mental health challenges, deepening a lifelong trust in the body’s innate capacity to heal, grow, and transform unconscious and self-defeating patterns into greater awareness and wholeness.
Looking to give context, grounding and meaning to my intuitive healing process, I completed a Diploma in Transpersonal Art therapy at the IKON institute, followed by a bachelor degree in counselling at Notre Dame University.
To further refine and deepen the full embodied therapeutic experience for my clients, I then undertook four years of training to become a Certified Hakomi Somatic psychotherapist.
My training and experience as a therapist, and my implicit belief in the healing process, enables me to hold a safe and liberating space for my clients to navigate and transform through their own personal challenges with confidence.

“My work as a therapist has become a rich and meaningful expression of gratitude. However this is only sustained by an ongoing commitment to my own inward exploration and personal development.
I believe that this is an integral requirement for those who have the privilege of holding a therapeutic space for another.”
